A successful family owned local pizza retailer that has a loyal client base and a reputation for making great pizza. With a small amount of staff onboard Pedros spends a lot of time in preparation for peak service times. During their peak times the phones at Pedros don’t stop and they are losing one of their staff from the kitchen as well as a delivery driver to answer customers calls. The resulting extra man hours spent on the phone increased their expected delivery time enormously. The new system allows for a much higher order volume than could ever be reached with traditional phone ordering. The new streamlined order process saves an enormous amount of time for the business and their customers. All customer information is automatically stored into the marketing portal so now Pedros can easily market towards their customers automatically through the intelligent automated marketing portal. The parents can see at all times what the total price will be and the extra ingredients of the orders before clicking order. Thankfully making topping choices is very easy. Their payment and delivery details were securely stored during their last transaction so placing this order will have the delivery driver knocking on their door in no time.

The club’s accountant automatically receives an emailed receipt and the pizzas are on their way to a hungry team!
