New online customers are very likely to re-order. The average spend per order online is approximately $5 more. Orders have been 100% accurate.

My favourite feature is that the customers have a copy of the order so there can't be a dispute over what was ordered. Also all our online orders are paid for in advance which eliminates prank orders and non-payment.

Mobile phone service in Moe is very poor, so some of our phone orders can be difficult and time consuming. At times customers phone up and don't know the menu or prices, but want to order, which
can be extremely time consuming for staff, being able to refer them to the website is a good tool to have. Online ordering frees up my staff to be able to perform other tasks and has been of great assistance in improving the efficiency of the business.

Our initial concerns were whether online ordering was going to be used enough. But obviously, the trend is now showing that the people, who use it once, are almost always likely to use it again.

The greatest benefit to date would be time saving. As our customer database grows, the cost savings will then follow. As stated earlier, customers enjoy the control and ease of placing their own order, customised to their liking.

The ease of use for the business owner is actually a welcomed surprise. From the interface to the backend portal, as well as the customer service that Zwift provides, it's extremely easy to manage, control and understand.
The iPhone App would be the most talked about feature with customers. Other than that, customers don't say too much, which means they are pleasantly happy with ordering using our online service.

If you are looking to offer online ordering, I am yet to find a better option. Zwift clearly offers the easiest system to use, control and market.

Due to our previous experience within the Hospitality Industry and having worked with online ordering systems in the past, Zwift’s package was the best in terms of advancement, innovation and ease of use. There are many POS providers that offer online ordering options but none that offer marketing support, regular updates, one on one coaching and support, nor do any supply a team that is contactable during YOUR business hours for advice or help. Our opinion of online ordering has only improved and is allowing us to think outside the box and work with Zwift to improve their operations. What I didn't expect was the technical support that is provided by Zwift. Any problems or questions are only a phone call away.

Online ordering has provided us with statistics that are invaluable when running a business! Zwift’s business portal allows us to view redemption of vouchers meaning we know which form of marketing has the best result meaning better buck for your dollar. The other plus has been the exposure created by our online ordering! It puts you up there with your main competitors and miles ahead of the rest.
The partnership with Zwift has been the main surprise for us! We were expecting an online provider and a website but we did not expect to be dealing with such a professional and approachable team. From Brent the Director to any of the various team members, they are all available when we need it and have always followed through on their promises.

We always knew we wanted our own website for our business. We had paid for the domain name but we had it wrapped up in cotton wool, not wanting to let anyone mess with it! Like most small business owners, we didn't have much time on our hands to put into working on a website or developing online ordering. When Zwift came along they saved us from the jungle of web-site building companies! We very soon realised we were in good hands with every member of the team that we came into contact with going out of their way to make sure our vision for the website was created the way we wanted it.

We had had bad experiences previously with selling our menu online through other websites and we had experienced problems like inabilities or difficulties in making menu changes and uploading photos, lack of communication from the company and all without much or any increase in sales. Zwift was the answer to all of these problems and we have not looked back since! At first we were calculating our weekly increase in sales from our website, now we are calculating our daily increase in sales.

There have been many benefits to having Zwift manage our website. Firstly, our staff cost during service has not increased despite increased orders as it is so simple to manage - the staff member taking
phone calls is easily able to receive and print dockets for online orders. Secondly, as a busy chef, mother of two and business owner, I still have time to use my creativity to reach new customers because it is so easy to add new dishes to the menu any time I like. Thirdly, Zwift is not just a way to sell our food online, it is by far the most effective tool we are using to grow our business. The support provided to develop new marketing ideas is fantastic.

The enthusiasm we have experienced by our Zwift customers shows how important it is to have the online aspect of a food business running smoothly. The number one benefit from being online is the saving on labour. No longer do I have a staff member stuck on the phone going through our complete menu to a fussy customer. The online tune goes off, push a button and there's the order.

What I didn't expect was the technical support that is provided by Zwift. Any problems or questions are only a phone call away.
If there is ever a problem it will happen during service and it is good to know that I can talk to an expert and have it fixed within minutes. Also, not only do we have an online ordering system, we also have a managed and constantly updated marketing team supporting us as well.
